If you are not entirely happy with your artwork - return it to me in the same condition it arrived and you will be fully refunded for the artwork.
- The original cost of shipping at the time of purchase cannot be refunded.
- You (the client) are responsible for the cost of the returns shipping.
- I will not accept returned items that have been damaged in transit between you and me, due to insufficient packaging.
- Items must be shipped in the same manner in which they were received (ie flat packed and wrapped. Please do not roll flat prints).
Faulty Goods
We do not anticipate you will receive a faulty product, however if you do, please contact me as soon as possible. I will notify my printing partner to arrange a replacement product.
Returns Process
If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork, stating your reason for wishing to return the item.
